17 & 19 Throgmorton Avenue

We were instructed to refresh floors 2 and 3 at the premises and renovate the existing vending areas. A new vend area was also created, along with a showcase area.

Our work involved:

• Fitting new M&E services
• Fully validating and commissioning 230 Moduline units
• Installing and commissioning new extract ducts and fans for each vending area
• Producing new bespoke joinery
• Fitting new kitchens
• Painting and decorating to a high standard

The refurbishments and new installations transformed the space and provided a functional communal aspect to the building.
