L&B Technical Services were called upon to remove the existing boilers at the site and install new state-of-the-art equipment in their place. As Principal Contractor, we ensured all works were carried out under CDM, including:

• Carrying out the initial validation
• Systematically removing old boilers and pipework
• Developing new pipework designs
• Fabricating (at shop and onsite) and installing new pipework
• Supplying and installing 3x new Wessex Modumax boilers
• Carrying out all electrical and BMS works
• Supplying and installing new flues
• Full commissioning and setting to work

Our careful and considered approach ensured there was a seamless transition from old to new, with no impact to the building’s heating system.
