Carried out at the height of the pandemic, this full refurbishment was undertaken in a Covid-19 secure environment.
Project elements included:
- Erecting access scaffolding and site welfare facilities so no access was required to the building itself for the project’s duration
- Resealing an entire roof structure, which included new thermal breaks, outer seals and mastic
- Refitting all aluminium work, and supplying replacements where necessary
- Full water testing
- Full cleaning
All works were completed to programme and within budget, and the client was delighted with the end result.
