Working as Principal Contractor, the team at L&B Technical Services assisted the client by:
- Carrying out the initial validation
- Removing old boilers, pipework and flues
- Developing new pipework designs
- Fabricating (at shop and onsite) and installing new pipework
- Supplying and installing 4x new Hamworthy Purewell boilers
- Carrying out all gas, electrical and BMS works
- Designing, manufacturing and installing a new dilution flue system
- Full commissioning, witnessing and setting to work
The works were carried out to a tight programme to ensure the client could provide heat to the building on schedule.
