Winchester House – Level 1

L&B Technical Services were appointed to undertake the full floor refit on behalf of this client in Central London.

Working as a Principal Contractor and therefore overseeing every aspect of the project, we stripped out the existing fabrics before:

• Amending the ventilation system and rebalancing the complete floor, incorporating 53 FCUs into the design
• Installing new M&E services for the new kitchen area
• Supplying and installing bespoke joinery, including a specialist slatted wall and ceiling finish

Impressively, all works were completed with zero health and safety incidents, demonstrating our robust approach to compliance.
