As part of this project, L&B Technical Services carried out the full replacement of 2,500 full setup trader desks. The works included:
- Stripping out the existing electrical services and installing new
- Repairing the floor and laying new carpet
- Coordinating all trades onsite to make sure project elements were completed according to strict timelines
- Managing site logistics and health and safety requirement under CDM regulations
- Overseeing professional witnessing and commissioning with consultants
- Providing out of hours site communication and feedback to the project team
The result was a full functioning, high spec trading area that better supported the client’s operations.
